It is so quick and easy. Try adding sour cream for an extra kick.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (8 ounce) bag corn tortilla chips
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce - rinsed, dried, and chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup taco sauce
DIRECTIONS
- In a large skillet over medium high heat, saute the ground beef for 5 to 10 minutes, or until well browned. Drain excess fat.
- Crumble tortilla chips on a large plate. Layer with the beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onion and taco sauce.
